Amy (aka the Burping Sherpa) is a gastronaut sending missives from the field about D.C.’s culinary landscape (and occassionally beyond the lovely Lady Columbia’s borders) into cyberspace.

About me: I am much like a three-year old. I enjoy naps and get cranky when I am denied ice cream (especially if it’s homemade). In addition I fantasize about having a designer clothing budget, spend WAY too much money on dining out and groceries.

Currently I reside in the quaint Alexandria suburb of Washington, D.C. with two Carolina Hound dogs and one wine savvy husband.
